These Terms & Conditions constitute a binding agreement between Visoliz AI (“Visoliz AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and any individual or business (“you”, “the client”) who uses our services. By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or uploading content for editing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

‍GENERAL WORKING AGREEMENT:
‍This document outlines the terms that govern our professional relationship. All services provided by Visoliz AI—including but not limited to image enhancement, perspective correction, item removal, virtual staging, video creation from images, HDR optimization, and other related visual processing services—are delivered under the conditions stated below.We aim to deliver high-quality results and meet your expectations. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and protection for both parties throughout the process.

‍SUMMARY:
‍We commit to using our technology and expertise to enhance or manipulate images according to the specifications you provide. We do not include hidden clauses or confusing legal statements. Our intention is to clearly define responsibilities, expectations, and limitations.

‍IN SHORT:
‍You are hiring Visoliz AI for digital image services delivered using a combination of artificial intelligence and human editing, at the price stated on our website or agreed upon in writing.Your order is processed based on the images and instructions you provide. Once work begins, orders are final.

‍WHAT BOTH PARTIES AGREE TO:
‍Visoliz AI agrees to use reasonable skill, professional judgment, and best-effort techniques to create or enhance content according to your instructions.You agree to provide accurate, complete, and clear information at the start of each project so we can execute the work correctly. Failure to provide relevant details, or providing incorrect instructions, may result in additional charges or delays.If you are unsatisfied with the results, you may request a revision. Revisions are not guaranteed and may be accepted or refused at our discretion, depending on scope, feasibility, and alignment with the purchased service.

‍GETTING DOWN TO THE DETAILS:
Content Creation and Image Editing:
‍We will follow the descriptions, requirements, and examples you provide at the beginning of the project. If your requests change after work has begun, or if additional requirements arise that were not communicated upfront, these will be considered unforeseeable changes and may incur additional charges.If your request exceeds what is included in the purchased service or pack (e.g., advanced manipulation not listed in the package), additional fees may apply.If we are unable to complete a project due to an unforeseen technical issue or complication, Visoliz AI may, at its discretion, refund the payment made for that project.

‍LEGAL LIMITATIONS:
‍We cannot guarantee that the enhanced or edited content will not be interpreted as misleading, inaccurate, or unacceptable by third parties. We are not responsible for how the final content is used by you or others, nor for any consequences, losses, or damages—financial, reputational, or otherwise—arising from its use.You acknowledge that Visoliz AI cannot be held liable for loss of profits, business interruption, lost savings, incidental damages, indirect damages, or consequential damages related to any service provided.If any part of this agreement is deemed unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.

COPYRIGHT & CONTENT OWNERSHIP:
‍You guarantee that any images, photographs, text, logos, trademarks, artwork, or other materials you upload or submit to Visoliz AI are either owned by you, or you have the legal right to use them.Once payment is made, the rights to the final edited results are transferred to you. However, Visoliz AI is not obligated to store your files and does not guarantee future access or recovery of completed work.You retain ownership of the original images you submitted.Visoliz AI may display before-and-after examples, case studies, or project results for marketing, portfolio, advertising, or educational purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing before the work begins.

‍REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:
‍Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services, all orders are final once processing begins. Refunds are issued only under the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

‍PAYMENTS:
‍All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. Visoliz AI does not store any credit card or payment information. You are responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution.

‍JURISDICTION:
‍These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Switzerland.
