This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Visoliz AI (“Visoliz AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) may provide refunds for purchased services. Please read this policy carefully to ensure you are fully informed of your rights and our obligations. This policy is in accordance with applicable Swiss and European consumer protection laws.

Finality of Purchases:
‍All purchases made through the Visoliz AI platform are considered final. Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are not issued once an order has been submitted and processing has begun. Uploaded images, editing time, and AI processing resources make refunding impractical and commercially unreasonable once work has commenced.

‍Change of Mind:
‍We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Once an order is placed, the service begins immediately, and no refunds or credits can be issued. Existing account balances or prepaid credits cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

‍Service Execution and Delivery:
‍Upon receiving your order and uploaded images, Visoliz AI begins processing immediately. Because the service is digital, personalized, and delivered within a short timeframe, you acknowledge that the right to withdrawal under EU/Swiss consumer law does not apply once processing of your images has started.

‍Quality Concerns:
‍If you believe the delivered images do not reflect the specifications of the service you purchased, you may contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We may, at our discretion, offer a revision or correction of the delivered images. This does not constitute a refund but a quality adjustment. Revisions are provided based on reasonable expectations and within the scope of the purchased service.

‍Technical Issues:
‍In rare cases where a technical failure prevents the delivery of the service (for example, corrupted uploads or system malfunction), Visoliz AI will attempt to resolve the issue or request that you re-upload your images. If delivery remains impossible due to a technical error on our side, we may issue a credit for the equivalent value of the service. Refunds will only be considered if the service cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, and solely at our discretion.

‍Unauthorized Transactions:
‍If you believe a transaction was made without your consent, you must contact us immediately. Unauthorized charges will be investigated, and supporting documentation may be required. Refunds in such cases may only be processed following confirmation of fraudulent activity.
