Product Designer

About this role

We're looking for you to join our team and help us build, scale, and improve Launchist. Whether you're focused on design, development, operations, or customer experience—you’ll play a key role in shaping how teams around the world plan and launch products.You’ll work closely with a collaborative, remote-friendly team and contribute to a fast-growing product used by modern SaaS teams.

• Collaborate with team members across departments to deliver meaningful work
• Own tasks and projects from start to finish with autonomy and support
• Communicate clearly and proactively in a remote-first environment
• Continuously learn and improve both the product and your own craft
• Contribute to a culture of simplicity, clarity, and transparency

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role (or equivalent self-driven experience)
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a distributed team
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Experience with modern tools in your area (design, dev, ops, etc.)
• A willingness to take ownership and figure things out
